Transnet Payment System is a full service organization that stands by our customers through every step of their conversion process. We start by establishing a three way relationship between our customer and their service company so our Transnet integration team (TIT crew), can deal with any compatibility issues that may arise. Once those issues are taken care of, our TIT crew will be on stand by 24/7 during the downloading/fire up process. Once completed, and our customer is up and running, we assign a reconciliation officer to their account. Our reconciliation department is there to assist our customers with reconciling there new processing statements to the deposit information their banks provide.
