Our company policy is that if a merchant is not processing, we aren't either. As long as you have purchased or leased the equipment from National Bankcard Systems and are processing thru us, we will overnight replacement equipment, or software with no questions asked. No other company has this offer.

Rates are fixed

Most processing companies increase their rate after a few months; they are able to do this because their customers are locked into long-term contracts. No one can guarantee Visa & MasterCard rates; however, as a company we will never raise them.

Personal service

Our customers always get a live voice on the phone. Nothing is more frustrating than getting voice mail and recordings during a normal business hour crisis. You will have a personal in house account manager that will always be available to help. We encourage you to call them directly, if they cant help, they will get you in the right direction. Most processors work with outside reps, who are hard to get a hold of because they are in the field, on appointments, etc… Most "sales reps" are not "customer service reps" We have BOTH!!!

Merchant accounts are ALL we do. It is our core competence. Most banks have a merchant account department on the side. We have experience with all types of merchants, and can handle any account.
